Well, 2006 is now well under way, and already it has been a busy 3 months.

Kismet has had several performances, from a corporate event in Cambridge (see the Kismet page for pictures) to, once again, braving the cold for the Little Havens "I'm a Banker Get me Out of Here" weekend, which was organised by Deutsch Bank.  See photos of the girls performing below - notice how everyone else is dressed appropriately for the weather! It was well worth it though, as the volunteers really appreciated the show - and £89,000 was raised for the childrens hospice.

The new class in Billericay has proved to be very successful, and the ladies, who have now been learning for nearly two months are really improving and are beginning to learn some simple choreography.  And the tribal class in Southend has really taken off with full classes most weeks - the girls are really enjoying the constrast between Egyptian Cabaret style and the Tribal style.

Probably the most exciting thing that has happened is our new association with the Lady McAdden Breast Unit, based in Southend.  We are very proud to announce that we will be working together with B.U.S.T to help the charity raise money and to help raise awareness of breast cancer and how to check your breasts amongst women of all ages.  Sarah and Kismet will be attending appropriate functions with the unit throughout the year, and will hopefully be organising events to help promote B.U.S.T.  For more information on the Lady McAdden Breast Unit, please visit their website (details below).

Finally, as you will see from the events page, Sarah and Kismet already have several bookings during the Summer.  The Wiggles Dance Club Show at the Towngate Theatre will see the emergence of the new troupe - The Tribe - watch out for them at an event near you!
